IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•Current Canon Point: Various for psl. Eway: New Avengers Issue #11.
•Abilities:

• Chaos Magic: Billy's main power is the ability to manipulate Chaos Magic, which he inherited from his mother. His magic is based on his wants, when he wants something to happen he has to chant and visualize it happening. As he grows stronger there are some spells he can accomplish without chanting.
• Teleportation: Can teleport himself and others over undetermined distances.
• Healing: Can quickly heal others through his spells.
• Flight: Billy can use his magic to make himself fly and help others do the same.
• Solid Energy Constructs: Billy can manipulate mystical energy to create solid constructs such as disks, shields, force fields, and other projectiles.
• Conjuring: Billy can create clothing, decor, and food from seemingly nothing.
• From his canon point he has just learned that according to Loki he is a "singular multidimensional Messiah who is going to rewrite the rules of magic and all the implications of that decision are going to echo forward and backward across all realities." He briefly taps into this power, and is able to view the past, present and future, and freely alter the universe. Knowing he isn't ready for all this power he lets it go for now.
• Billy is ridiculously powerful, its been stated that he's one of the most powerful people in the Marvel Universe. He will really never tap into this power unless someone he loves is threatened.
